COURSES IN PERSON

All classes are taught in the studio of Ferrari Fileteados in Buenos Aires. The groups have maximum 12 students, for individual or special group class please contact us separately.

Introduction to Fileteado

This course consists of 8 clases and is designed to give insights into practical aspects of Fileteado. It is suitable to anyone interested in arts with or without previous experience.

Block Letters

This course is designed for beginners with little or no experience who want to learn more about Traditional Hand Lettering. The participants will be introduced to the tools, materials and basic brush techniques.

Casual Letters

Learn the craft of Hand Lettering using traditional sign writing with brush. This course is design for everyone with or without experience who are interested in developing a solid understanding of Casual Letter Shapes.

Specialized short classes for beginners and advanced learners.

Fileteado Letters

In this workshop we are going to immerse ourselves in the world of Fileteado's letters. From basic rules of composition and spacing we will dive into the characteristics of the letters and their particular decorations and serifs.

Dragons of Fileteado

Dragons are one of the most characteristic elements of Fileteado. In this intensive workshop we are going to study the basic forms of dragons and paint a board following the traditional step-by-step Fileteado technique.

Posca & Fileteado

In this workshop we will generate a synthesis between traditional elements of Fileteado and a more contemporary aesthetic offered by Posca markers. It is suitable to anyone interested in arts with or without experience.
